Most recent pay-stub showing year to date income totaling one month income. 4. Federal Tax returns for the previous 2 years (If self employed or receive commission income) 5. Most recent checking, savings, retirement, brokerage, 401k, etc. account statements (ALL pages) 6. Federal Tax returns for the previous 2 years (If self employed or receive commission income) 7. Insurance company name, agent and contact number 8. Copy of Lease Agreements on any rental properties For refinance loans only: 1. Copy of the survey from original closing package 2. Name, account number, and contact number for your current mortgage holder Misc: Copy of Bankruptcy Papers (if applicable) Copy of divorce decree (if applicable) |
