Once you have completed the loan application, please submit and I will be in contact with you shortly. Below please find a list of paperwork necessary to proceed with your mortgage. Last (2) Years W2's and/or 1099 Forms
Most recent pay-stub showing year to date income
(totaling one month, unless self employed, then please substitute item #7)
Most recent Checking, Savings, Retirement, Brokerage, 401K & Stock account statements.

Copy of the survey from original closing package.
( Refinances only)
- Copy of your current Driver's License.
- Copy of your Insurance Declarations Page, OR Insurance company name, agent and contact number.
Federal Tax returns for the previous 2 years.
(If self employed or receive commission income, if you are a salaried borrower, skip this item.)
- If you have recently been divorced and we are removing your preivous spouse from title, we will need a copy of the final Divorce Decree.
Copy of your monthly Mortgage Statement
(Refinances only)
- If you own rental properties, we will need copis of any Lease Agreements & Complete Copy of Bankruptcy Papers, including Discharge if applicable.
- If you have filed Bankruptcy in the past seven (7) years, we will need a complete copy of the Bankruptcy papers, including discharge paperwork if applicable.
