I've been a Mortgage Banker for 21 years. In the wake of all of the recent changes, I still love what I do, and the people I work with.
I've had the fortune to manage some of the best Mortgage operations in central Texas over the past 2 decades. Along with managing production of close to $2 Billion, I've personally closed a few thousand Mortgages. I'm very well versed and up to date in underwriting guidelines.
I am also very involved in our industry. For a few years, I've held officer positions for The Austin Mortgage Bankers Association. In 2007, I was President. I still serve on the Board of Directors. In addition, I currently serve on the government relations committee for the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association.
